AI Transparency Notice
This site uses an AI assistant called Robert. Under Article 50 of the EU AI Act we tell you, plainly, that you are interacting with AI — not a person. This notice explains what Robert is, what it isn't, and how your data is handled.
1. You are talking to AI
The chat widget labelled "Ask AI Robert" is an automated assistant powered by a large language model. It is not Róbert Ďuriška, not a member of KILIAN LEGAL s.r.o., and not a human operator. The widget header, greeting, and footer all say so before you type your first message.
2. What Robert does
- Answers general questions about INVEKL using the published site content.
- Helps you navigate to the right section or PDF on invekl.com.
- Offers to book a Partner Call with Róbert via Calendly, or accepts a written brief through an inline form.
3. What Robert is NOT
- Not legal, tax or financial advice. Anything Robert says is general information only. Real engagements start with a signed engagement letter with KILIAN LEGAL s.r.o.
- Not a confidential channel. Attorney–client privilege does not attach to chat messages. Do not share confidential, sensitive or personal information about identifiable people or transactions in the widget.
- Not infallible. AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or be out of date. Confirm anything material with Róbert before acting.
4. Provider and model
The conversational model is provided through a commercial AI gateway. We do not name the underlying model in the chat itself to keep the assistant in character, but we are happy to confirm details on request — email robertduriska@invekl.com.
5. What we store and for how long
- Conversation transcripts — stored server-side and linked to a random visitor ID held in your browser's localStorage (
invekl.visitor_id). Retained for up to 12 months from the last message, then deleted. - Lead-form submissions — name, email, role, optional company, timeline, expected exit and brief context that you deliberately submit. Handled as enquiry data under our Privacy Policy.
- No content moderation logging beyond what the AI gateway needs to operate the service.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your transcript and any lead submission at any time. You have the full set of GDPR rights described in the Privacy Policy. You also have the right to skip the AI entirely and contact a human directly — by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or by booking a call.
7. Changes
We will update this notice when we change the model, the data we store, or the way Robert behaves. Material changes are flagged by updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
